• Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish

• Clearly show:

  • The outer package before opening

  • The opening process

  • The product condition

• The unboxing video is compulsory for any claim related to:

  • Damaged product

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product received

• Make sure in the unboxing video your AWB number is clearly visible

• The tracking ID must also be visible in the video

• No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video proof
